A lovely double room to rent, for single occupancy, in a 3 story town house in an upmarket development 5 minutes walking distance from Romsey Town centre, a thriving market town with lots of history. Direct footpath to the train station and a bus stop right outside this lovely development.
All bills included and access to unlimited super fast fibre optic broadband.
Full access to all areas of the house and it's facilities including a new patio with new furniture in a south facing back garden.

This lovely room has a single bed, double wardrobe with drawers, 2 sets of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets, TV and fridge.
You have use of the whole house and the fully fitted kitchen with modern equipment including washing machine,, electric / gas cooker, microwave etc.
The lounge is relatively small and some privacy is needed at times, previous lodgers have been happy staying in their room but they are always welcome in the lounge for a chat etc. There is only one bathroom at present with a shower so we need set times and you will have to keep your towels and shower toiletries in your room.
It is very quiet and peaceful, I keep the house clean and tidy and I would expect you to do so as well.
You will have a written lodgers contract which sets out rules for me and people renting a room.
