double rooms to rent in a quite professional 4 bedroom family home. Close to: Basingstoke hospital 10 min walk. Basingstoke town centre/train station 10/15 min walk or both 5 min drive, M3 5min drive and close to A33 for M4 (all times approximately)

Pervious lodgers stayed serval years and only leaving to start a new life out of the area. So people really do like living here in this area and my home.

bedroom has a double bed with underneath storage draws. wardrobes, chest of draws or storage shelfs. and have been newly decorated.

Kitchen: Cooking facilities, washing machine, dish washer, iron and board.

Room is well presented and comfortable to make your stay an enjoyable one.

I am easy going and young at heart, so looking for a lodger who has the same mind set.
