We are nice, friendly, easygoing and sociable people. House is quiet, warm and clean, with twice monthly cleaning schedule and we respect each other's privacy.

This spacious house has 6 double rooms, 2 bathrooms (shower or shower over the bath), very large living room (30ft long) and conservatory (28ft), spacious dining room, spacious kitchen with all white goods provided (washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, 2 fridges etc).

House is equipped with gas central heating, very economic, but warm and welcoming. The house has nice and massive quiet private garden, ideal for barbecues or to relax having a coffee after busy day. There is a large conservatory as well. Living room is spacious, with two sofas, wooden coffee table and a large TV.

Rent is paid monthly with bills included ( fast unlimited fibre-optic Virgin wifi internet, electricity, council tax, water and waste).

Only the Gas is paid separately on card and shared between all in house, cost in winter time £30 per month, and in summer about £10 (per person). This works out well and tenants have full control on the heating.
