Large Double Room to rent in 3 Bedroom house.

ALL bills are included, Including:

Council tax, Utilities, Broadband, Netflix, Now TV and Amazon Prime.

Professional cleaner once per week is also included.

The House is close to city centre, the Hospital and all bus/train links but on a quiet road. There is a large shop just along from the house and there is parking at the front and also another space at the rear if needed.

Live in landlord and this will be only room rented so will be maximum of two residents in the house.

I’d prefer to live with a professional and this is a quiet household, I do enjoy having a drink in the evenings sometimes but I’m really not looking to share with anyone that wants to live a party lifestyle! So, if thats you probably not the room for you.

Also, I’m not looking for a couple just one person… so if you have a partner obviously that’s cool but again, I’m not really wanting to share my home with 2 people all the time so you will need to understand this.

I am however more than happy to accept any well behaved pets!

About me-

I run my own company so work a lot. I’m working from home currently however that will (hopefully) change when the world returns to normal and I will be at work during the day most days.

Some of my interests include kayaking, cooking, gym (sometimes), outside stuff generally, Netflix films etc, reading, yoga (beginner) and golf.

Additional seating and small “lounge area” if you want your own space.
