The flat is a large converted house and is spread out over the middle and top floor. The flat has its own front door and plenty of available parking

It is an old Victorian house so the rooms are huge and the ceilings are high so it is super roomy and light! There is also ample storage space. The bedroom comes partly furnished with storage space. However this can be removed if you have your own furniture.

I am the only other occupant in the flat and I am a female professional who works shifts. My room is on the 2nd floor and the available room is on the 1st floor at the other end of the house. There is loads of space and it feels like a home rather than a flat share.

The flat has 2 bathrooms (bath and shower room and 2x toilets) and a large furnished lounge with TV

The flat is in a very convenient location - only 10 minute walk from Southampton Train Station / Southampton City Centre and 5 minute walk from Shirley High Street. Southampton General Hospital is also within walking distance.

Flat is available from July onwards

I am friendly and enjoy going to the gym and playing netball
