Hello,

We are looking for a housemate to join our 4 bedroom house located in Shirley from late Nov/start of December.
Currently we are 3 professional females in our twenties. We lead busy lives day to day, however, like to spend time together in the evenings and aim to keep the house tidy. We are looking for a housemate who is similarly considerate and sociable.

Furniture is provided, including a 4ft double bed, wardrobe, shelves etc. The garage is available if you require extra space to store things. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for exclusive personal use.

The communal areas include a kitchen, small lounge and garden. The house comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, all kitchen equipment, TV, dining table, sofa and WiFi.

The house is located in a quiet area off Shirley High Street. On average it takes 20 minutes to walk to Southampton Central train station, 30 minutes to walk into the city centre and 25 minutes to walk to Southampton General Hospital. There is a bus stop within a 2 minute walk from the house, where regular buses can directly take you all over Southampton. There is also free parking on the street outside the house (the garage is currently used for storage). Tesco, Lidl and The Gym are within a 5 minute walk.

The room is available on a 6 monthly contract. The rent is £300 per month. All bills (gas, electricity, broadband, water, TV licence and council tax) are £80 per month. You will need to be able to pay a deposit of £350 and have a guarantor who is a UK resident or prove you can cover the cost of rent by providing 3 months of bank statements.
