A spacious double room available in the Sholing area of Southampton. Sholing is convenient for shops, the waterfront, restaurants and getting into town. We have Tesco, Lidl, Aldi and Sainsbury's store nearby. There are very nice walks around in Victoria Country Park and Hamble Country Park. Access to the city centre is very easy via the Itchen Bridge.

The room is bright and furnished on the ground floor with big bay windows and lots of storage. The shared lounge has a juliet balcony facing woodlands where we often see foxes, deer and bird life. The shared kitchen and lounge is within the newly completed extension at the back of the bungalow.

You would have full use of the shared bathroom shower/bath, me and my wife have an ensuite and the other lodger also has an ensuite. The kitchen has a washing machine, two induction hobs and extra large oven. Broadband is included. No pets as we have one rescued cat already.

Large garden area. Lockable shed with room for bike storage. Parking for tenants on road. Quiet neighbours. Available from 01/05/26. All bills included. We also provide toilet rolls, kitchen roll, coffee (gold) tea, sugar, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, tea towel and communal cleaner.
