Hi I’m Jono and extending a warm welcome to my creative, vibrant and spacious home. Each room has a different character and I believe in the home as a sanctuary and a place for recharging.
- I have 1 beautiful and very spacious double room available to rent the charge includes all utility bills.
- Plenty of bed linen and towels
- Ready to move in.
- free street parking

- Short-term or longer.

- Either king size or single bed according to your preference (there is a single bed set up currently - the bed has a sliding extension to quickly convert to a king size).

- living spaces are shared, with live-in landlord plus one other lodger who works full time.

- the house has a large garden and there is a fire pit and pond.

- smokers are welcome too, as long as restricted to smoking outside.

- £350 deposit to be paid for securing room, which will be returned in full upon termination minus any cost for cleaning/ damage.

I am interested in art, dance, music, pottery, fitness, health and well-being and language learning (Spanish and Italian)
