The house is a newly built 4 bed detached with good links to Southampton. Bus stop is 1 min walk away and a local Co-op 1 min walk away, Gym 4/5 min drive and Bargate street 18 mins on the bus, train station is a 13 min walk.

Up to 3 cars can park on the drive and free on road parking available.

Large garden at the back with a couple sheds where bikes can be stored.

The bedrooms themselves are double rooms, double beds with ottoman storage (bed frame lifts up) with new memory foam mattresses and blackout blinds/curtains. Comes with a wardrobe, chest of draws, a bedside table and a desk which can be folded up and put away if you'd rather have the space. Also in the bedrooms are smart lights which you can change the colour of, the brightness of and turn on/off from your phone.
Although the bedrooms aren't huge, there's a lot of space in the two lounges and kitchen to make it not feel claustrophobic so it would probably suit someone more sociable.

The house is very nice to live in and I'm happy to share it but I'd ask you to be respectful in return and try your best to keep it in a good state/ not to damage anything.
In particular, the whole house has only just had new very nice carpet and underlay fitted and I'd ask you not to wear shoes inside.
One more thing is that I work very early dayshifts 6 days a month so the nights before these dayshifts I'd ask to try to not be too loud.
