Driveway has one space available and is first come first serve, but no one else drives currently. Also free on road parking available.

Large garden at the back with a couple sheds where bikes can be stored. There's also a BBq in the back you can use.

All bills included with best available Virgin Media 1000 Mbps broadband and broadband relays throughout the house.

Spacious kitchen with a TV and a dishwasher you can use. Two fridge freezers so there's plenty of space.

The bedroom itself is a double room, double bed with ottoman storage (bed frame lifts up), new memory foam mattress, blackout blinds/curtains and a 43" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV

Cleaner for communal areas fortnightly.

Only thing I'd ask is please be respectful of the other people in the house and no shoes on the carpet as it's still new and is kept clean thanks. Everyone please to contribute their bit to keep the place tidy.
