I’m looking for a new long term flatmate to share a bright & spacious flat on Oakley road as the other tenant is moving out.
It’s a single bedroom but as the other bedroom has an ensuite you will have the use of the main bathroom. The kitchen has modern equipment including a dishwasher & the comfy & light living room looks out onto a Park as does the balcony.
There is one parking space but ample free street parking as well as a code locked bicycle shed & railings for motorbikes.
I’m pretty quiet, I like drawing/reading but I’m happy to relax & have a chat in the evening after work & am usually out most of the weekend.
Rent is £410 pcm plus bills.
