I am looking to rent out a spare spacious double bedroom in this light and airy flat to a female working professional or student.

Location/flat:
The flat is a top floor maisonette of a house and is 2-3 minutes walk to multiple bus stops that take you into the City Centre in approx. 10-20 minutes. The flat also has off-street parking space, a garden and a garage for any additional storage.

You can cycle to the General Hospital or Princess Anne Hospital in under 15 mins, take the bus there in 15-20 minutes, or walk there in about 30 minutes; you can cycle to the University of Southampton in approx. 25 mins and the City Centre in 20 mins. It is a great location and has easy access to the M27.

The room:
The room has been recently painted and re-carpeted and is furnished with a bed, large wardrobe and tall white IKEA bookshelf.

This is a flat share. You will be sharing with another female profressional based at Southampton General Hospital. Please note I do not live in this flat.
