We are a group of 3 female & 2 male professionals looking for a great new housemate to fill our 5th room. We have all met through spareroom and are now great friends!
The rent for the room is £330pcm NOT including bills. Bills are approx £80 per month so roughly £410 in total. This includes water, gas, electric, council tax, tv license and internet.
The room available is on the first floor and comes with a wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair. A single bed can be provided or you can bring your own single or double bed (like the double in the photo).
The house has three floors with two full bathrooms; including one with a bath/shower and one with a shower, and a toilet on the ground level. Both showers have amazing (!) water pressure!
We also have a garden with a lawn and patio (perfect for bbqs in summer).
There is a shed in the garden for storage of bikes etc. There is also one driveway which we share and on-street parking available on a no-through road and no permit is required.
The house also has a lounge with TV and comfy sofas, as well as a big kitchen and dining space. We have a dishwasher and washing machine.
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the Universities, town centre, and Southampton common is practically next door.
We also live with two adorable cats, Jake and Darcy who are very lovable!
