Our properties are always really friendly and we only accept full time working professional humans (no pets) who like nothing better than to kick back and relax after a busy days work, in this quiet and clean house.

ALL bills are included within the rent; TV, gas, electric, council tax, water, and broadband.

The deposit is £250 and will be lodged with DPS.

Holding deposits:
A holding deposit, equal to 1 week's rent, is payable at the start of the application
Successful applicants - any holding deposit will be offset against the Initial Rent and Deposit with the agreement of the payee.

Additional variable charges may apply during the course of the tenancy or at the end and are detailed within the Tenancy Agreement .
Late Rent Charge - interest at 3% above the Bank of England base rate, can only be charged after 14 days in areas and it would have to be backdated

Contract Termination: Landlord’s cost in relation to finding a new tenant and rent until a new tenant moves in. (This will be set up fee, inventory and checkout fee if relevant)

Utility bills have to be paid by the tenant unless stated otherwise in the Tenancy Agreement
