The home itself has a large communal kitchen shared between just three others, and includes washing machine, hob, oven, dedicated storage for just your kitchen items plus table and chairs to grab a bite to eat!

There is a dedicated lounge with TV and very fast Virgin broadband, a separate drying room and large garden to stretch those legs when at home! All communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by our friendly cleaning team. All bills included!

Sainsburys local is opposite the house, the university is a 9 minute walk away and the city centre 20 mins on bike.
