All double rooms are fully furnished to a high standard with plenty of storage.

Each room includes a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, chair, a 2 drawer bedside unit and a lamp.

The rooms are available for single occupancy and are competitively priced.

There is a bright OPEN PLAN lounge and kitchen with a BREAKFAST BAR, where you can relax and watch the 50” TV with your housemates on the comfy sofas.

The house is fully furnished. Microwave and toaster to add to the usual white goods and cooker you would expect.
There is a downstairs bathroom with over bath shower, WC and sink, with a second separate WC and sink upstairs.

SERVICES
The rent is mostly all-inclusive and covers Council Tax, Communal TV Licence, Water, Ultrafast TOOB Broadband, up to £200 per house/month combined Gas/Electricity (tenants pay excess Gas/Electricity costs), a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas of the house, and a seasonal gardener.
All tenants must be working professionals or PHD/Master students (sorry we can’t take undergrad students).

This house would suit a person who is quiet, clean and gets on well with other people creating an enjoyable living experience for all.

Cleaning of communal areas every 2 week.

LOCATION
One street over from Bedford Place with all its restaurants and bars and eight minutes’ walk to city center shopping, eating and entertainment makes it the perfect location for all your social and practical needs.

Transportation is excellent with bus stops just a couple of minutes away so Southampton University or the General Hospital are a short ride away.

M3 and M27 motorways are close by and Southampton's airport is about 4 miles up the road.
