A good-sized, furnished, double bedroom with matching furniture is in a nice, quiet house. The fee includes all bills: council tax, water, electricity, gas, TV license and broadband ( Super fast Virgin).

This bedroom is located upstairs. A bright and airy bathroom with shower over bath is just 3 steps walk away from the room. The room has a soft blue carpet and a TV socket. It is decorated to good standards.

There is free parking at the front of the house ( bay area) and also a free communal parking area at the back of the house. Bus stop to the city centre is 3-minute walking distance from the house. It is around 7 minute drive or 15 minutes bus trip to Southampton city centre. The local Co-op store is just 5 minutes' walking distance from the house.

The house has a small front and back garden with young trees: cherry, apple, grape and jasmine. Other spaces in the house include a lounge, a separate kitchen, a separate dining room and a conservatory. The living room has comfortable real leather sofas, a nice size TV and a soft carpet. The kitchen has an oven, grill, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.

A lovely wood is nearby and a nice walk away from the River Test (Weston shore).

Ps: I do not usually live in the house, though I am a landlord. I come to the house sometimes in summer(mostly in weekends ) for gardening work. There are two housemates (males )in the house, so a new male housemate ONLY preferred.
