Room available in ocean village in a shared flat just seconds from the Marina. The room will be available from September but there is potential flexibility to move in sooner. There is a marina view from the front room windows in the large, roomy living space which connects directly to the kitchen! Looking for a housemate that likes to keep the space clean as I am myself.
A bit about me; I enjoy a pint down at the local, game of pool, darts. Also enjoy a movie night, bit of gaming! Happy to share the big tv! The room will include two large cupboard spaces too so you will have all the space you need for storage. I will provide a permit for parking and there is also a shared visitor permit you could use for anyone coming over. If you own a bike there is a bike shed provided for us too!
The property is sorted via the agency Radian, a deposit of £450 is required and a credit check to ensure costs are covered! The room itself is £600 pcm which includes all bills (including ultra broadband). Please contact me if you’d like to arrange a viewing one evening 🙂
