Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate for the 2nd room in my large, 2-bed/ 2-bathroom flat. The room is spacious & bright, with built-in wardrobes along 1 wall for lots of storage! It is furnished with double bed, bedside table, desk & chair. You'd have primary use of the main bathroom as your own because the other bedroom has the ensuite.
The building is right in the centre of Southampton so very conveniently located for High Street, shops etc and is only a 5 min walk from the train station. There's also lots of bus services nearby. The room doesn't have an allocated parking spot, but there's on-street permit parking in nearby streets which is free evenings and Sundays. There is free on street parking about a 10 min walk from the flat.
I'm a clean & tidy 28 year old professional (Engineer), and I'm into lots of sports (cycling, football, skiing), socialising and gyming. I travel a bit for work, and am looking for someone who will keep the flat to the same standards as mine while I am away from Southampton.
