I am looking to rent out a spare spacious double bedroom in my flat to a working professional female or student. This is ideal for anyone based at Southampton in the Redbridge area near the General Hospital, and other organisations, like Ordnance Survey.

Location/flat:
The flat is a top floor maisonette of a house and is 2-3 minutes walk to multiple bus stops that take you into the City Centre in approx. 10-20 minutes and the General Hospital in 10 minutes. Off road parking is available outside the flat, a garden and a garage for any additional storage.

You can also cycle to the General Hospital in under 15 mins; the University of Southampton in approx. 25 mins and the City Centre in 20 mins. It is a great location and has easy access to the M27.

The room:
The room has been recently painted and re-carpeted and is fully furnished with a king sized ottoman bed (storage space underneath), a 5x5 IKEA Kallax bookshelf (books will be removed), cupboard, bed side table and 2 drawers.
