We have a double room avaliable in a house very close to the University of Southampton. Portswood is only a (downhill) 15 minute walk away and we are only a few minutes to the university and the interchange. The house itself has a dining room, kitchen, lounge, bathroom and three bedrooms. We do also have a slightly wild backgarden but there is no parking avaliable with the house.
The room we have avaliable is on the ground floor of our house. It is furnished and come with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and we do also have a desk which can be moved into that room if required.
We are two PhD students based at the University of Southampton and we are looking for someone to take over from one of our housemates who has moved back home. Ideally we are hoping for someone who is friendly and sociable. Room is avaliable from 20th March till 19th July.
