Room in New Student Home close to public transport

Hello, I am a student at Southampton University renting 2 bedrooms of a 3 bed terraced house in Swaythling, Southampton.

The house has been refurbished throughout to an excellent standard and will be very clean and modern. Key features of the house include: large garden, ground floor WC, 1 shared bathroom, CAT6 cabling, TV room, secure bike shed, dining room and kitchen. All rooms have a double/single bed, cupboard, shelf/drawers and desk.

Kitchen contains all appliances including dishwasher, two fridges/one freezer, integrated washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave, kettle etc.

The bus stop is right outside the property and a 10 minute journey to Southampton University.

A potential flatmate must be considerate, clean and tidy.
