Hello,
I have a flat just off Oxford Street, 5 minutes to town, Ocean Village and IOW ferries. A 20 minute walk to Southampton Central.
Its a lovely large 2 bed flat which is fully furnished yet has the ability to put your own stamp on it. The flat has been tenanted for the last year but I am now looking for someone to live in the main king size bedroom with large built in wardrobes and treat it as their home. I will only use the spare room on a night by night basis here and there as I live full time on the Isle of Wight. The rent reflects the fact you would have the whole flat to your self most of the time and the bills in your name. I am happy talk about the arrangement and want to find a nice considerate person whose looking for more space that comes with a flat rather than just a room.
There is a communal roof terrace with the flats and my flat has a nice balcony that gets the sun in the afternoon / evening. Also a car park space that can be rented in the back that I already have an arrangement for £50per month which is really cheap for southampton.
Please feel free to reach out and say hi if this sounds of interest.
