I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 5 bed house located close to Bedford Place, Southampton Central Station and City Centre. Move in for December or January but would have to be negotiated. The rent is £390 a month minus bills which are £51 a month on top which includes unlimited gas + electricity, water usage and TV license. This is done through Split The Bill’s. Wifi is also paid separately at around £7. The house is a mix of students and professionals. Ideally looking for a professional to take over to split the council tax, which will need to be discussed. The right person should be socialable and enjoy music. The room comes with a large double bed, a bed side table, desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers (all pictured). No pets or couples.
