Double ensuite - Polygon

Hi! I am looking a new housemate to live with me in my house in the polygon. I currently have two other housemates and I am looking for a third.

The room comes furnished with a bed, a bedside table, desk, desk chair, and a walk in wardrobe. This room is ensuite (shower, wc, basin). The kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 2 fridges, a freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier.

Central location:
-5/10 minute walk from central Southampton,
-Central station is at the end of the road, it normally takes me 6 minutes to walk there. (you also can't hear it from the house!)
- Southampton General Hospital is a 15/20 bike ride away, there is a bike shed in the garden.
-Cooperative, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and various restaurants, bars etc. 5 minute walk.
-The nearest largest supermarket is ASDA or Lidl both about a 10/15 min walk.

Its is a quiet road which doesn't see a lot of traffic.

The back garden is of a good size and has a beautiful evergreen magnolia tree which can be seen from the living/dining room. The back garden has the evening sun.

A bit about me: I am 30 and just graduated my physiotherapy degree. I have previously traveled and have worked aboard, I love the outdoors.

I am looking for a female housemate who is respectful and tidy but also I would love to have housemates that would be happy to socialise and have fun. Either mature students or professionals.

I like to keep things homely but clean and tidy.

I have a dog and a cat, which I share with my mum, who lives on the Isle of Wight, they will be making appearances.
