Newly refurbished - double ensuite's -Polygon

Hi! I am looking for three housemates to live with me in my newly refurbished house in the polygon.

All with new bed and mattresses, walk in wardrobes, sofa, ensuites- shower, wc, basin. The kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, microwave.

Central location:
-5/10 minute walk from central Southampton,
-Central station is at the end of the road, it normally takes me 6 minutes to walk there. (you also can't hear it from the house!)
-Cooperative, Sainsburys and various restaurants, bars etc. 5 minute walk.

Its is a quite road which doesn't see a lot of traffic.

The back garden is of a good size and has the most beautiful evergreen magnolia tree which can be seen from the living/dining room and back bedroom. The back garden has the evening sun, so should be great for summer BBQ's.

A bit about me: I am 27 and a physiotherapy student, I have been traveling and have worked aboard, I love the outdoors, I would like to learn Spanish and kitesurfing.

I am looking for people who are respectful and tidy but also I would love to have housemates that would be happy to socialise and have fun with as I am new to Southampton. Either mature students or professionals.

I like to keep things homely but clean and tidy.

I have a dog and a cat, which I share with my mum who lives on the Isle of Wight, they will be making appearances.
