We offer a very spacious room for rent in the heart of Bedford Place. Fantastic location, walking distance to the city centre, West Quay, local pubs, restaurants and other amenities.

Alls room are really very big and have been newly refurbished throughout with new carpets and furniture.

There is a lovely kitchen with plenty of cupboards and 2 very stylish bathrooms. The tenants have also access to a garden and there is also a separate TV room for everyone to use.

A safe bicycle storage area is also available.

There are only 5 bedrooms in the house and maximum 5 people are permitted. At the moment there are 3 female and 1 male tenant.

We are looking for a nice and friendly person who likes to live in a clean house and respects other tenants.

We will require references and will need to verify your ID, income and current residential status. We will also check for any CCJ or IVA.
