Amazing double room 15 minute walk from city centre!

Looking for someone to rent a room, I’ve now moved back home for health reasons so on behalf of my housemates (2 boys, 1 girl) we’re desperately trying to find someone. My housemates are social, kind and clean people, if you want to keep to yourself that’s absolutely fine, but if not they’re a great bunch to be with. It’s a quiet neighbourhood away from the university crowd if your slightly older but all currently at university a young professional or student is ideal, however if not the room can still be yours. The rent could drop to £420 a month if two people move in, there are two free rooms available - bills included however if one room is taken that’s £547 a month. In order to move in now for free you’d have to sign next years contract or move in, in July when the new contract starts. Contract July 2021 until July 2022
