Double room in Millbrook

I am the owner of the flat (25yo female accountant) & I am wanting to find someone suitable to live with me.

About the room:
The room is furnished with wardrobe, drawers, bed and 2 bedside tables.
The kitchen and the bathroom is shared and you wouldn’t need to buy any new kitchen equipment as I should have everything you need but I can make room in cupboards for some new items.
You would have one fridge shelf, one freezer drawer and 2 cupboards.
There is a car park right outside although finding a space can be hard at peak times but there is plenty of residential parking all around within 2 mins walk.
I also have 2 sheds I barely use so previous flat mate stored a bike in there.

About me
I am an auditor in Ocean village and I am incredibly busy with both work & life!. In my free time I use David Lloyd gym (opposite the flat), play golf or I am quite a sociable person so always out and about. In the weekdays I’d be in bed by 11pm but I may get home late on a Friday or Saturday night if I’ve been out although I am always conscious of noise and certainly wouldn’t come crashing in!

Most of the time I’m only home for short periods and usually get home just to cook & sit in the living room for an hour.

Looking for
The ideal situation is someone who may also be busy and therefore not always at home and is friendly to chat at times but also appreciate time to themselves.
Obviously clean and tidy (although I’m not precious about everything needing to be cleaned straight away) and not too loud.
