Double room in Millbrook

I’ve had a lot of replies and some people are lined up to view so feel free to message but I may not get back to you until I know more!

I am the owner of the flat (24yo female accountant) and I live here with my boyfriend (32yo). I am only looking to fill the available room if I find someone suitable to live with us.

About the room:
The room is furnished with wardrobe, drawers, bed and 2 bedside tables.
The kitchen and the bathroom is shared and you wouldn’t need to buy any new kitchen equipment as I should have everything you need but I can make room in cupboards for some new items.
You would have one fridge shelf, one freezer drawer and 2 cupboards.
There is a car park right outside although finding a space can be hard at peak times but there is plenty of residential parking all around within 2 mins walk.
I also have 2 sheds I barely use so previous flat mate stored a bike in there.

About us
I am an auditor in Ocean village and my boyfriend works in West Quay. I work quite a lot during busy times and sometimes work from home. In our free time we use David Lloyd gym (opposite the flat), hang out in the living room or I am quite a sociable person so always out and about. I love to cook and we are both plant based.

Looking for
The ideal situation is someone who wouldn’t be here very often or is happy to keep to themselves. We’ve both spent enough time sharing accommodation so aren’t looking to socialise (not to be rude, we just have little free time together as it is!).
Obviously clean and tidy and not loud (we’re normally asleep by 11pm on school nights).

I’m planning on updating the room slightly with a new bed, curtains and a deep clean I just haven’t had the time yet.

If you weren’t planning on being here often I would be more than happy to negotiate a lower rent price.
