Rent paid to myself (landlord) will be £530 and you will share the bills with Alastair so this will need to be discussed with him but roughly it should cost £150 each for council tax, water, electricity, broadband. Total amount per month should be ~£680

About the room/flat:
The room is furnished with fitted large double wardrobe (the photo only shows a small section) and double bed.

You would have shared use of living room, balcony & office room (used as a cat room before).
The kitchen and bathroom are shared, with plenty of storage including your own freezer drawer, fridge shelves, and multiple kitchen cupboards.
The living room has a TV unit, double sofa and swivel sofa.
The office/cat room has large IKEA drawers.
There is a car park right outside and plenty of residential parking all around within 2 mins walk.
There is also shed space out the back if you wanted to keep a bike securely locked away.

The location is next to the M27 for easy motorway access and not far from Southampton general hospital.

The flat is opposite Lidl for convenient shopping and David Lloyd so great for gym lovers! I highly recommend walking the 2 mins over to there for gym, sauna, swim, hot tub…
