We’re looking for a female student in the Southampton area looking for a bedroom for the 2024-2025 year.
We have acquired a house for tenancy for 4 people (4 rooms all with en-suite) from 01/07/2024-28/06/2025. In which one tenant has dropped out due to unforeseen circumstances.
The student house is in Southampton (SO15 2FR).
The available bedroom is an en suite situated on the ground floor of the house. This is the only bedroom on the floor.
The other 3 tenants are three lovely girls studying at Solent university in their third year who are open and willing to find a new tenant, we are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, kind and importantly a student in the Southampton area in order to replace a tenant and have a affordable place to stay for the upcoming school year.
The package deal is £533 per month with bills included with uni homes.
