I’m looking for someone to rent my spare bedroom on a short term basis.

It’s a spacious double bedroom in a top floor flat at central Southampton. The fully furnished flat has a large living room with comfy leather sofas, fully equipped kitchen with washer dryer and dishwasher. The double bedroom is next to the 3 piece bathroom which can be used exclusively by the flatmate renting this room. The flat has a patio which affords ocean views and can also be seen from the bedroom windows. There is central heating and plenty of storage space.

I am a friendly healthcare professional who frequently works from home and likes to read and cook. I am looking to rent out the spare room on a short term basis only. The rent will include all bills like gas, electricity, broadband, water, etc.
