Room to rent

Hello Stranger 🙂
I am looking at renting a spare bedroom in my home.
Have lived by myself for more then a year and it is time to make use of it.

The property has been renovated recently so all appliances are pretty much new.
That includes washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob and oven and PLENTY of accessories like air fryer, rice cooker, microwave and other bits.

Large driveway for 2 cars (3 at a push), large garden with a garage.

Bedroom renovated with NEW carpet layed.
The room has been empty for a year so no sign of wear and tear.
Double bedroom 3.6x2.5m
Plenty of storage space with the build in closet plus the side chest of drawers and the bedside table.

I am looking for someone I can get along with not just a housemate so the vibes Must be there.
A little about me: Working professional Monday to Friday with 1/2 days from home. Happy to share my setup in my days at work.
I'm easy going, sociable but also independent and like to keep to myself so not overbearing on anyone's privacy.

I have no qualms on you using the garden, garage, have people over and whatnot. All I ask is you are sensible towards me and the neighbours

More details of the location:
5 min walk to the city centre; 10 walk to the industrial park with plenty of shops around and 5 mi drive to the motorway junction so easy access.
The property is in a closed street so really quiet around.

Ideally I would like us to meet for a coffee before I show you the property ( safety and all that)
I'm not native English although I've lived here for 13 years; just putting that out there in case you aren't comfortable.

Will consider Monday-Friday let at a reduced rate.
