Safe and convenient Mayflower Halls

A high-floor room in 9-room shared kitchen en-suit with brilliant open view. Prefer students at University of Southampton could take over my contract! If you are interested in, please feel free to ask anything you are wondering or more detailed information. And anything could be negotiated! The stuffs in room, I can leave it for you, if you want!

The rooms are well-ventilated and free of mosquitoes. The rooms are not exposed to direct sunlight and are cool, making them superb for your summer stay!

Location: It's in the centre of Southampton. And it is super convenient to the nearest facilities.
(1) 5-min-walk to Central Railway Station
(2)Less than a 10-minute walk to all the shops, ASDA, Westquay, Tesco, M&S, Waitrose, Iceland, 15min to Lidl. And more than 5 Chinese markets are near here.
(3)The bus stop is just downstairs
(4) Co-op shop with ATM cashier, and Mayflower Gym is right downstairs!
(5) Many restaurants and cafes. Subway, KFC, Mi RIce, Burger Kings, Kebab, etc. Costa, Starbucks, Nero, No.1 cafe and so on.

Room description:
(1) Unobstructed, light and open view outside the room. Single bed, study desk, storage cabinet, closet with half-length mirror, radiator
(2) Self-use washroom. Mirror, wash basin, toilet, shower room
(3) Large shared kitchen with excellent sea view. Cooker, hob, grill, oven, microwave, cupboard, refrigerators.
(4) Super nice roommates. They are super friendly, and quiet and respect each other.
