Roommates are all girls and have good personalities, no bad habits, common areas are very clean and cleaned weekly.
The room is equipped with a small double bed (1.2 x 1.9), desk, bookcase, chairs, wardrobe, floor-to-ceiling mirror, etc. The downstairs facilities include a gym, laundry, and a wardrobe.
Downstairs you will find a gym, laundry, media room, communal kitchen and study room.
The flat is secured by multiple access control, with a card swiped at the main door and at the door of the flat.

The flatmates are all students from the University of Southampton, and as the toilet and bathroom are shared, this flat is only available for rent to females.
