The Room and Property
This is an exceptionally large master bedroom, located within a beautiful Victorian house on a very quiet and peaceful road in Merryoak, Southampton. The room is fully furnished with brand new items including a double bed and mattress, a large study table, a comfortable rotating chair, and generous cupboard storage. The space is flooded with natural light from multiple windows. For your convenience, a personal fridge and kettle are provided within the room.
Shared Spaces and Amenities
The tenant will share a bathroom with just one other tenant, conveniently located right next to the bedroom. Shared access includes the downstairs kitchen, which is equipped with a washing machine, oven, gas hobs, a dishwasher, and shared cutlery/essentials. There is also access to a shared back garden. For those with a vehicle, there is plenty of on-road parking available around the house.
Location and Transport
The location offers excellent convenience. Groceries are a stone's throw away, and local gyms and green parks are very nearby. A bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, with routes providing easy access to Southampton city centre.
Housemates and Ideal Tenant
This is a very quiet and peaceful house. The current household consists of one professional tenant and the live-in landlord. Both housemates work most of the time, are often not home, and might not be seen often, ensuring a tranquil living atmosphere. We are seeking a single person who is quiet, respectful, clean, and tidy, and who values a serene home environment.

We maintain a quiet household with minimal noise expectations. Please note that this is a non-smoking house (inside), and we cannot accommodate pets or guests.
