We currently have 3 lads confirmed, two from Uni of Southampton and one from Solent. We enjoy going out, drinking and socialising- essentially we are looking to have a lot of fun and good times. The house itself has 4 large bedrooms as well as a large living area/kitchen. On top of this it also has a small garden. There is one permit space for a car but it has already been taken unfortunately. We're looking for students only, ideally aged 19-20 but we are also happy to accept older students. The house is located a 20 minute walk away from Solent and a 40 minute walk from Highfield Campus. Overall, expect a lively, sociable, close-knit house.
