Downstairs double bedroom available in a 4 bed

The house altogether has 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 2 half bathrooms. Downstairs we have a shared living room where we like to socialise (and it’s great for decorating at xmas!!), the 4th bedroom that is available, the kitchen that leads to the garden, a utility and a half bathroom. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite, a bathroom with a shower and sink and a separate room with a toilet and sink which is brilliant for if someone is occupying the bathroom already! You’d only have yourself and one other housemate using the main bathroom due to myself and my partner using the ensuite so less people to try juggle using the shower!
The bedroom available is currently occupied by a male who is finishing his degree, whereas we all have our final year to complete from 2026-2027. We are friendly people who respect each other. We are looking for someone who is easily able to fit in and mainly cleans up too sharing the responsibilities of the house between us. If you want to spend lots of time in your room we don’t mind either! <3 The bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, storage units, a desk and a separate room that has garden access for yourself only!!
