Hi, I am looking for a replacement to take over my room because I need to return to my home country for a couple of months due to an urgent family situation, and I won't be able to continue staying in the UK.
My tenancy runs from 19 Sep 2025 to Sep 2026, and I am looking for someone who can take over the room for the remaining period of the contract (until Sep 2026) as my replacement.
Note: Two months' advance rent is also in the contract.
