I have a contract beginning in July 2026 for a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Ranelagh Gardens. It's 420 per person a month excluding bills, bills are set up on unihomes package and are 24 pounds a week. The make up of the house is 2 men, 1 woman and 1 non-binary person, all lovely and kind people and very accepting. The room is 2.72mx2.41m. Double bed and furnished. Part of the deposit is already paid, upcoming deposit is dependent on the changes with the renters right bill.
