The bedrooms are huge with high ceilings and large windows bringing in a lot of natural light. Each room comes equipped with a vanity unit, mirror and new black out curtains, newly decorated & newly carpeted!!

The house in situated in a quiet no through road convenient for walks in the common or evenings out in the city as well as shopping, all within easy walking distance. There are great public transport connections. Permit parking is available via a quick online application with a nominal fee. There is a convenience store located 10minutes walking distance.

There will be a cleaner who will attend at least once every 2weeks as required to clean all the communal areas inc Kitchen & Bathrooms!

There is a small outside garden area with a secure cycle shed.

The rooms can be offered furnished or unfurnished and some of the rooms come partially furnished with built in wardrobes.
