Room for rent Canvas Capital House

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Canvas Capital House. The tenancy ends 28/08/2026.

I live in a townhouse . You would share a bathroom with one other tenant, but it is kept very clean and tidy. There is also a shared kitchen and living room.

You have access to the main building which has a coffee machine (free to use), pool table, ping pong table and seating areas. There is also a communal gym on site which is free to use.

There 24/7 on site security. The rooms are pretty sounds proof and I never hear the other people in my apartment. All other tenants are friendly.

Canvas requires that any tenants must be full time students. They will ask you for proof of this. This can be in any sort of education though, you doesn't necessarily have to be enrolled at university.
