Double Room Available Early April

Just recently have had a couple housemates move out of the property with minimal notice, one room is arranged already, so housemate info is provided for when that room is occupied in May.

We are a collective of working professionals, who all live quite quiet lives outside of work.

Current housemate and myself enjoy sharing dinner most evenings, and spending a lot of time crafting or playing games together, as well as having movie / dinner nights with friends! Obviously any invitation is extended to you if you’d like also!

The room available is a double room on second floor of a 4 bed townhouse, en-suite shower room (incl shower and sink, no en-suite toilet), there is the main bathroom right outside the bedroom so toilet is accessible nearby to room :)

I do have indoor cats, so must be okay with them - and no more pets as this is what was allowed on the tenancy!
They do have free rein of communal areas during the day, but almost all of their furniture and bits are within my room. They can be kept out of anywhere, just make sure any door for a room you don’t want them in is shut :)

I go for work trips sometimes so there may be a teeny ask of feeding them for a couple days if no one else I usually ask is able to 😊 but I will always happily pay a bit for any inconvenience!

We have a small patio garden, garage for storage currently, and a couple spare rooms for creative spaces!

Currently only one parking space, of which I use, until the garage is sorted of previous tenants furniture and tidied up, permit parking is available through the council if intending on staying long term

Long term housemate/s are preferable, and can arrange for you to be on the tenancy to give you some stability and security within living here :)
