A Studio in Southampton Centre

I am subletting a studio at Austen House which is basedon Southampton Central nearing the West quay, M&S and
Lidl.

You can take the U1 A directly to Highfield Campus, just crossing one short road to get to the bus stop from the Austen House.

The studio is neat and spacious (20m²) with a big double bed, a desk for office and study. And there is a single kitchen that you don't need to share with(including an electric ceramic stove, a refrigerator, a microwave and a dining table). The bathroom is suitable that has a wet and dry separation, with a shower, toilet and mirror. And at doorway, there is
a big mirror to check your OOTD. Nearing your bed, there is a television to watch.

The Austen House has 24 hours reception, elevators and
a laundry room, which is in a safe neighborhood.

Starting from 1st June to 4th September, It can last for about 3 months, charging only £150 per week.(The original price is £230 per week) And you can choose any period in the duration, either short or long.
