Double room to rent in central-ish Southampton!

Double bed - brand new!

Fully furnished well sized double room, with wooded flooring and high window. The room has recently been repainted and the boiler in the house is also brand new. The room will be unoccupied from the 31st December, but can be viewed from today (12/12/14)! In a 3 bed roomed house which has its own small patio and garden.

The rent is £350 (£15 of which is for the internet) all other bills are included in the sum mentioned; the deposit required is also £350. We are looking for a friendly easy going person to join us who likes to have a drink at the weekend and who will help out with the house cleaning.

We like films, books and music; especially going to see live music and pottering in the garden and having a dance at the weekends.

Unfortunately the answer to cats and dogs - is no but other smaller animals are a possibility.
