Double bedroom available for young professional

We have a room available from the beginning of May in our shared house in central Southampton as our current house mate is leaving.

We are three young professional males (22-23 years old) who work full-time working Mon-Fri, but we do like to have a lot of fun when we have some time out! Ideally you should be someone who is fun and outgoing (think sports, a few drinks and good laughs), although we do ask that you are respectful to the house and to us. The ideal tenant would be a recent graduate.

The room is medium sized with a double bed, set of drawers, work desk, wardrobe with French doors that open into the spacious back garden. The rest of the house consists of a kitchen with gas oven and hob, washing machine and cupboard space, two bathrooms with a shower and a small living room in which we like to hang out in.

We live on Henstead Road which is a GREAT place to live (close to Sainsburys, pubs/clubs and the city centre) and so will be ideal for anyone working in Southampton. Unfortunately there are no parking spaces available.

Rent is £310. 00 a month, which doesn't include bills (although this does include Council Tax). Bills are split evenly, on a quarterly basis. 6 Months minimum contract. Please feel free to text me if you want to know more details.
