The flat has a large open plan kitchen-living room- dining area. It also has a large roof terrace with decking and a hottub which you will be welcome to use. All bills are included, council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet, Sky, ground rent and maintenance.
We are active fun people, least I like to think so..., who enjoy lots of different sports, cycling, wakeboarding, snowboarding to name a few. We go out to the pubs when we have the time and enjoy a drink or two. Both in full time jobs.
We're looking for a like minded person with similar interests preferably a professional. The room is a bit small for a couple but can consider it if you think it would suit. If you have a car we maybe able to sort a parking space nearby.
