The communal areas are cleaned twice a month by cleaners paid for by the landlord. The house has broadband.

The room:
It is a large (3.5m x 5m approx) en-suite room - the ensuite is detached from the bedroom itself, but is for private use of this room. This room also benefits of direct access into a private enclosed garden. All doors and windows are double glazed. The room comes with bed/mattress, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There is a built in triple wardrobe, which is ideal for those who require plenty of storage space

Communal Areas:
The house has a communal kitchen / lounge with all the usual appliances including dishwasher, large fridge/freezer etc. There is shared on street parking to to the front of the property. To the rear is a private, enclosed garden. There is shared use of the integral garage between all 4 tenants.
