This house is located, near city college, Solent University, Royal south Hospital, Sports Gym. There are many Groceries , supermarkets and takeaways nearby, only 2 minutes or 5 minutes walk.
City central is about 15 minutes walk.
Central town has main Bus station to all routes.
Train station walking distance about 15 mins.

The house has been completely renovated and fully furnished. The house is a clean place to live in.
The single room is furnished with 2 door mirror wardrobe and a single bed, net/curtain, rug and 5 shelves deep case.

The house is fully furnished for you to use; the bathroom/shower/2 toilets, dining table, cooker hob/oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle & toaster.

The rent includes water, gas & electricity

Other free items to use are;
a.) Kitchen, bathroom & toilet hand wash & surface cleaner,
b.) Kitchen fairy liquid, sponge & scourers
c.) Toilet bleach

NB. This is a large 4 bedroom house, and only one other room is rented out already and this is the 2nd room to let.
Shared house with live in homeowner husband & wife.

A deposit of one month is required at the time of signing the contract.
bring some form of ID such as Passport or Driving License so I could retain a copy, this will be much appreciated.
Monthly rent is payable in advance.
