I have a clean, modern and comfortable double bedroom available in a luxurious and modern three bedroom, two bathroom apartment.

The room comes with exclusive use of the main bathroom, which is next to the room. My room has an ensuite and so the main bathroom would be for your use. The bathroom is large with a double shower and also a bath. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and bedside table. A chest of drawers can be provided too.

The third "bedroom" is an office with two desks and a day bed which opens out to a king size bed.

The apartment has a large, spacious kitchen (with washer/dryer and dishwasher) and open plan living room with breakfast bar and patio doors which lead out onto a very large private terrace.

There is a secure bike store and non-restricted parking available on the road.

I am a live in landlord, and work as a medical researcher who has been living in Southampton for 6 1/2 years.
