Sharing with 2 friendly cats, oh and myself (also friendly!) :-) son and daughter home from uni in holidays. We are mostly vegetarian.

Great location in area of city with a real community vibe. The lovely Riverside Park with tennis court, football and cricket pitches etc is 3 minute walk away giving access out of city via The Itchen Way. Local shops 5 minute walk (Sainsburys , Tesco, hardware, micro pub, bakery, takeaways etc. post office 10 minute walk)

Transport links:
Under 10 minute drive to junction 5, M27 and Southampton Parkway train station/airport. 10 minutes walk to Bitterne train station and 15 to St Denys. Lots of buses within 5 minute walk. Easy access to universities (both Southampton (Highfield campus) and Solent Uni 15 minute bike ride as is City Centre). General Hospital 25 mins on bike, RHS less..
