Hi, I am a scientist working at the University and looking for someone to houseshare with. It’s a newly decorated 3-bedroom house with a new modern bathroom and living area. Situated in the inner avenue within walking distance to city centre/universities/Portswood and very good bus links.
 
I'm looking for professionals or mature students (roughly 25-40 years old). Must be tidy and friendly. I'm easy-going but pretty quiet. I enjoy a good conversation but also respect others’ personal space. If you are like minded and would like to arrange a viewing please send a message and tell me something about yourself (e. g., what you do, your personality, hobbies, etc).
 
What’s included in the rent: All bills (water, electricity, gas, internet, council tax, TV license) and a cleaner for the common areas once per fortnight. Cleaner will do ironing too (£10/h).

About the house: it has an open plan living area. The kitchen and bathroom are high quality with good amenities, including dishwasher. The water is softened. House recently decorated, nice and modern. There is a big garden that’s great for barbeques in summer. There is also lots of storage space in the shed for bikes etc.
The bedroom is clean, comfortable and has a double bed. On street parking is available, but you must apply for a permit from the council (£30/year).
I have a pet rat that live in a cage in the corner of the living room.

Good housemate will:
*Have previous experience of house sharing
*Is friendly, easy-going and respectful of work schedules, etc
*Will keep their room clean and do their share in communal areas of the house
