The house is situated in Upper Shirley, a 10 minute walk from Southampton General Hospital, with free parking nearby. It is also very close to Southampton Common and St James’ Park. Parking available.
The property has been renovated to a high standard and has a large, homely communal living area as well as a beautiful garden.
The newly-renovated kitchen has a washing machine and underfloor heating. There is an additional communal studio room downstairs with a desk that is often used as a study and yoga room!
The bedroom is fully furnished, including a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a lamp. It can however be modified if needed with your own furniture.
This property would suit someone looking to live in a privately rented, homely environment. The house also has storage for bikes in the shed outside.
